Bonded Warehousing

What is bonded warehousing and which customers is it suitable for?
Bonded warehousing refers to storing goods in a customs-supervised bonded zone warehouse without the need to pay import duties immediately -- customs clearance is completed only when goods are actually released. This service is especially suitable for importers and exporters of chemical materials who need domestic transit, distribution, or light processing, particularly procurement teams in new energy and high-end manufacturing industries. It effectively reduces capital tied up in inventory and improves supply chain flexibility.
What types of chemical materials can be stored in the bonded warehouse?
Our bonded warehouse supports storage of a wide range of new chemical materials, including novel catalysts, environmentally friendly chemicals, and specialty polymers. For hazardous chemicals, a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and relevant compliance documentation are required. The warehouse is equipped with professional temperature control, explosion-proof systems, and safety monitoring facilities to ensure product quality remains stable throughout the storage period.
What is the maximum storage duration for bonded goods?
According to customs regulations, bonded goods stored in a comprehensive bonded zone may generally be held for up to two years, with an extension application available upon expiry. We will notify you in advance to handle goods approaching their deadline and assist with extension or re-export procedures, preventing additional duties or compliance risks from overdue storage.

Partial Shipment

Does partial shipment support small-batch trial orders?
Yes. We understand that customers need small-batch quantities to validate product performance during the early stages of new chemical material adoption. We therefore offer flexible partial shipment arrangements. Customers can take delivery in multiple installments based on their R&D progress or production schedule, without needing to receive the entire order at once -- effectively reducing inventory pressure and financial risk.
How are partial shipment schedules and delivery timelines arranged?
After signing a cooperation agreement, customers can work with our logistics team to jointly develop a partial shipment plan, specifying the quantity, delivery window, and destination for each batch. We provide an online order tracking system that sends real-time logistics status notifications after each shipment, ensuring full supply chain visibility and control.
Will partial shipments affect product quality consistency?
No. We strictly enforce a batch quality management system. Every batch undergoes independent quality inspection before release, accompanied by a complete inspection report and a Batch Traceability Code. If customers have specific quality standard requirements, dedicated testing items can be stipulated in the contract.

Door-to-Door Delivery

Which regions does the door-to-door delivery service cover?
Our door-to-door delivery service covers all of mainland China and supports international delivery to major markets in Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, and beyond. Domestic deliveries are typically completed within 3-7 business days. International delivery lead times range from 7-21 business days depending on the destination. Transit times may be extended for remote areas or shipments involving special chemical goods; please refer to the quotation for exact timelines.
Does transporting chemical materials require special permits or certifications?
Yes. The transportation of hazardous chemicals must comply with the Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods and requires a road transport permit for hazardous chemicals. We partner with qualified professional logistics providers who can handle all compliance documentation for UN-numbered cargo, including SDS, dangerous goods declarations, and packaging certifications. Customers do not need to obtain separate transport permits.
What happens if goods are damaged or lost during transit?
All door-to-door delivery orders include cargo transit insurance covering damage and loss during transport. If any anomaly is discovered upon receipt, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team within 24 hours, providing on-site photos and relevant documentation. We will initiate the claims process within 5 business days to ensure your losses are compensated promptly.
How is the door-to-door delivery fee calculated?
Delivery fees are calculated based on cargo weight/volume (whichever is greater), shipping distance, cargo classification (general goods vs. hazardous chemicals), and service level requirements. Long-term customers are eligible for tiered freight discounts. We recommend contacting our logistics team with detailed cargo information to receive an accurate quotation.
